Cut the fried chicken into small pieces and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Mix the breadcrumbs with the pumpkin seeds. Place the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs and pumpkin seed mixture in each a flat plate or bowl. Roll the chicken pieces first in flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs and pumpkin seed mixture. Press the pumpkin seeds on well.
Fry the chicken pieces in a deep fryer at 170 degrees for 8 - 12 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces). The finished parts can be kept warm in the oven until all parts are fried.
