Remove the leaves from the chicory and wash. Cut the butter cheese slices into 2 1/2 cm thick strips. Then alternately layer 3 leaves of chicory and the cheese strips on top of each other. Then wrap 2 slices of bacon around it. In this way, the construction also holds together in the pan. Then heat some oil in the pan and briefly fry the chicory parcel on all sides. When the bacon is crispy on the outside, they can be taken out. Finally, drizzle with lemon juice. Very important for the taste!
