- Cut the cold dumplings into slices and fry on both sides in a spoonful of oil in a non-stick pan. Take out of the pan and keep warm.
- Put another spoonful of oil in the pan and fry the bacon. In the meantime, peel and dice the onion, add to the diced ham and sweat.
- Put the dumplings back in the pan, mix with the diced ham and onion and arrange on a plate.
- Green salad or lamb`s lettuce goes well with it.
