First the dumplings are cut into slices and fried in a little oil in a hot pan. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the milk and add the chives cut into rolls. Now the eggs are poured over the dumplings. Stir everything carefully until the egg is cooked through. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
A salad goes well with it (I always make tomato salad with spring onions.) We are now ready to make the dumplings especially for them to roast them later.
