Instructions

  1. Cook the Maultaschen in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Rub the mushrooms dry, clean and cut in half.
  2. Steam the vegetables and mushrooms in oil and butter for 5 minutes. Drain the Maultaschen, cut into strips and mix with the vegetables. Fry for another 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chives rolls to serve.
