• 1 slice bread (s), black bread (toast bread is also possible)
• 1 egg (s)
• 1 pinch (s) herbal salt
• possibly garlic

Instructions

1. Using a shot glass, cut a circle out of the slice of bread. Heat some oil in the pan and put bread in it. Beat the egg into the hole in the bread. Season with herb salt and garlic. Turn after approx. 1 minute.
