Leave the upper end of a sausage about a finger`s breadth. From there, divide the sausage lengthways in the middle. Bend the two ends apart so that they form a heart and pin them together with a toothpick.
Melt the margarine in a pan and briefly fry the sausage heart. Then crack an egg and let it slide into the sausage heart. Let the egg set for approx. 5 minutes on a low setting.
