Instructions

  1. Remove the soft inside of the toast slices so that the edge remains (do not cut through! There should be some kind of frame). Then put the edges of bread in the pan and toast a little. Now put a cracked egg in each of the edges of the bread. Now season with salt or other spices. After a few minutes, when the egg has set, turn the whole thing carefully. After another 2-3 minutes you can put the eggs on plates and brush with the mayonnaise. Slice the tomatoes, place on top and serve.
