Cut the toasts into 1 cm cubes. Heat the butter in a pan. If soft butter is available, the toasts can be coated with this beforehand. Dice the bacon.
Put the toast cubes in the pan and toss in the butter. Roast the bacon cubes. When the toast cubes are golden brown, divide them into equal portions and beat an egg over each. Fry them briefly and then turn the fried eggs over. Finally, season with salt, pepper and a little rosemary.
