Clean the forest mushrooms well and cut into small pieces (do not wash if possible).
Cut the onions into cubes.
Fry the mushrooms in a wide pan with the margarine. The mushrooms leak fluid for a long time. When the liquid has evaporated completely, add a little margarine, add the onion cubes and fry until the mushrooms are a little browned. Now season with salt and pepper to taste.
If you like, you can now add a little butter for the taste. Garnish with a little parsley and enjoy your meal.
We like a simple wholemeal bread and butter with it!
