Melt some olive oil or butter in the pan. Now fry the gnocchi. If they get easily colored, add 2 - 3 cloves of garlic, cut or pressed (if you like garlic, a little more is possible). Season with salt and pepper.
Then add the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Fry briefly until the mozzarella starts to melt. Now a little more basil over it.
Goes perfectly with grilled food or simply with bread to a delicious steak.
