First put the rice on. Bring the water to the boil, add the sea salt and rice, bring to the boil briefly, reduce the heat and let the rice swell.
In the meantime, peel off the onion and clove of garlic and cut into small pieces. Put the olive oil in a pan and allow the onion and garlic cubes to turn translucent.
