Instructions

  1. First put the rice on. Bring the water to the boil, add the sea salt and rice, bring to the boil briefly, reduce the heat and let the rice swell.
  2. In the meantime, peel off the onion and clove of garlic and cut into small pieces. Put the olive oil in a pan and allow the onion and garlic cubes to turn translucent.
  3. Core the bell pepper, cut it into small pieces and add it. Now comes the rice, mix everything and let it sizzle gently.
  4. Wash the parsley and cut over the contents of the pan with kitchen scissors and fold in. This recipe is well suited for preparation and even for the buffet or camping.
