- Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package and let it drain.
- Cut the ham and bacon into strips. Peel and dice the onions. Cut the leek into small rings. Finely chop the herbs.
- Heat some oil in a large pan or wok and then fry the ham, bacon, onions, garlic and leeks for about five minutes until the onions are translucent.
- Now add the drained pasta and fry everything, stirring constantly. Fry everything until the pasta and ham show signs of frying.
- Add the chopped herbs, paprika powder and turmeric and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Finally sprinkle the grated cheese over it and mix over a low heat until the cheese has melted.
