• White bread – 4 slices
• Ham (turkey, etc.) – 4 slices
• Hard cheese – 2 slices
• Mayonnaise – 2 teaspoon
• Mustard – 2 teaspoon
• Egg – 1 pc.

• Butter – 10 g
• Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Grease the slices of white bread with a thin layer of mustard.
2. Put a thin layer of mayonnaise on top of the mustard.
3. Put a slice of ham on two slices of bread.
4. Put a slice of cheese on the ham.

   

5. Cover the sandwiches with the remaining slices of bread.
6. Mix egg, milk, and salt. Beat until smooth.
7. Put the ham and cheese sandwiches for 1 minute in the egg-milk mixture (ice cream).

   

8. In a frying pan, heat the butter and fry the sandwiches in a lezon until a tender golden crust is formed on both sides.
9. Cut fried hot sandwiches with ham and cheese in half and serve hot.
