Wash and drain the lamb`s lettuce. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into small pieces. Also dice the tofu and season with salt and pepper.
Heat some oil in a pan (preferably one with a high rim). First put the tomatoes in the pan, as these take the longest cooking time. Then add the lamb`s lettuce and tofu. Swing in the pan over high heat for about 3 - 4 minutes until the salad collapses.
Then arrange on plates or in a bowl and drizzle with the balsamic cream. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
