Instructions

  1. Rinse the liver under cold running water, then soak in milk.
  2. Take out after about 30 minutes, pat dry and turn in flour. Heat the vegetable fat and fry the liver slices in it on both sides for about 4 minutes. Now season the liver with salt, pepper and marjoram. Then take it out of the pan and keep it warm.
  3. Peel and slice the onions and add to the frying fat. Season with salt and pepper and brown while turning. Spread the onions over the liver and serve immediately.
  4. Fried apple rings and mashed potatoes go well with this.
