Instructions

  1. Carefully wash the mushrooms, drain and cut into slices. Dice the bacon. Peel and finely chop the onion and clove of garlic. Leave out the bacon cubes in a pan and fry the onions and garlic in it. Add the mushrooms and fry until the mushroom liquid has boiled down. Refine with parsley.
  2. Goes very well as a side dish or with a warm baguette.
