Instructions

  1. Clean the broccoli, separate the florets and blanch in salted water for 5 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Peel the stalk and cut into strips or rings. Brush the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Cut 100 g of Parma ham into strips. Peel and finely dice the onions and garlic.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions, garlic and ham strips for about 5 minutes. Put everything in a baking dish. Heat the pan again with oil and first sear the broccoli stalks with the mushroom slices, then season with pepper, salt and chilli and fry with the lid for another 5 minutes. Now loosen the roast with a dash of cream, add the mustard, season to taste, pour into the baking dish and mix everything together. Put the broccoli florets on top of the vegetables, spread the rest of the Parma ham over them, cover with foil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. Now it can be served on plates.
