Heat the oil in the pan. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and fry in hot oil. Dice the onion and add to the chicken with the garlic. Peel and slice carrots, slice mushrooms, cut zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Also put the vegetables in the pan and fry them.
Then add the potato noodles and sauté them, turning them several times. Season everything with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Stir in the cream, crème fraîche and tomato paste and let it steep for another 5 minutes on a low heat.
