Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey breast and the cabbage into small strips, the carrots into thin 2 - 3 cm long sticks and the onion into quarter rings. In the meantime, drain the bean sprouts.
  2. First sear the meat in the pan. Take out the meat and place in a separate container. Then fry the carrots and also add them to the bowl with the meat. Repeat the same with the onions, cabbage and bean sprouts. Fry the bean sprouts only briefly, otherwise they will turn sour.
  3. In the meantime, cook the Mie noodles. Cooking time of 3 minutes is sufficient. Drain the pasta and sauté briefly. Add the sugar and soy sauce and let the noodles steep a little.
