- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Let cool down (approx. 2 hours).
- Heat a pan with oil and add the pasta to the pan. Fry the pasta. Give in to oil again and again.
- Beat the eggs and stir in a bowl with salt and pepper. When the pasta has become drier, add the egg mixture to the pasta.
- Fry the whole thing over full heat until the pasta is crispy and the egg mixture has dried out. Season the pasta with salt and pepper.
