Instructions

  1. Cut the beef rump steak into fine strips and turn in cornstarch. Remove the stalk from the chicory and cut into strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Squeeze the lime.
  2. Mix the soy sauce with 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice and 1 - 2 teaspoons of honey and squeeze in the garlic. Prepare the Mie noodles according to the instructions on the packet, rinse with cold water and mix with a little oil.
  3. Heat some oil in a wok or large pan, fry the beef for approx. 1 minute and set aside. Now fry the mushrooms and chicory in a little oil, add the pasta and fry briefly. Then deglaze with the prepared sauce and fold in the beef.
  4. Cover everything with a lid and let it steep at a low temperature.
