Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 4 - 5 minutes. Drain, quench and drain very well.
Peel and finely dice onions, garlic and ginger. Clean and wash the peppers and Chinese cabbage. Pat the meat dry. Cut the vegetables and meat into strips.
Heat the oil in a wok or a large pan. Fry the meat vigorously in portions, season with salt and pepper, then remove. Now fry the onions, garlic and paprika in the hot frying fat while stirring. Add the noodles, Chinese cabbage and ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes. Stir in 5 - 7 tablespoons of soy sauce and all of the meat. Season to taste with pepper and possibly soy sauce.
