Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes. Mix approx. 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon of vegetable stock in a bowl, then marinate the meat. Cook the pasta in hot salted water according to the instructions on the packet, then drain.
  2. Peel and core the mango and cut into very small pieces. Remove the stalk generously from broccoli. Peel off the outer layer a little. Cut the stalk into very thin slices.
  3. Put about 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in the wok and let it get hot. Sear the chicken in it. Add the broccoli slices and mango pieces. Finally add the pasta. Possibly season with soy sauce, vegetable stock or pumpkin seed oil and serve immediately.
  4. As a variation, the dish can also be seasoned with peanut sauce or peanut butter or mango chutney.
