Cook the pasta. Then put in a pan with hot fat. Crumble the stock cube and fry, stirring and occasionally turning, until the desired brown color. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Beat the eggs, place in a bowl and mix with the milk. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the pasta and fry everything for a few more minutes until the eggs are firm. They should adhere to the noodles, but not stick the noodles together, so always turn them well.
