Instructions

  1. Lightly fry the cooked pasta in a pan with the hot butter. Take out the pasta.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the frying fat and let it melt until it is brownish - caramelized. Add a few tablespoons of fruit juice. Briefly toss in the compote fruits (if necessary, chop them up, e.g. the peaches) and heat up. Add to the pasta.
