Pour boiling water over the Quick Cooking Noodles and let them steep for 5 minutes. Drain and drain well.
Heat the wok with approx. 4 tablespoons of oil (1: 1 sesame and peanut oil), add garlic and ginger and roast a little. Add the well drained pasta and toss.
Add the soy sauce, mirin and chilli, season with salt and pepper and fry the noodles until crispy.
