Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut into sticks. Cut the leek into pieces. Cut the meat into strips.
  2. Peel the ginger and shallot, dice finely and mix with 4 tablespoon soy sauce. Pour over the meat and let it steep for 15 minutes.
  3. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  4. Fry the meat in the hot oil for 4 minutes. Add the stock, salt and pepper, mix in the rest of the soy sauce. Fold in the carrots, spring onions and noodles, continue cooking for 2 minutes.
