Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Dice the tofu and drizzle with 50 ml teriyaki sauce. Peel the shallots and quarter them lengthways. Core the peppers and cut into strips. Eighth and core tomatoes. Rinse and drain the sprouts.
  3. Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok. Fry the tofu in it for about 5 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and season with soy sauce.
  4. Fry the shallots and peppers in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes while stirring. Then add the drained pasta with the tomatoes, fry for 1-2 minutes, seasoning with the remaining teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, lime juice and zest. Add tofu and sprouts and season with soy sauce. Chop the herb leaves and sprinkle over them together with the sesame seeds.
