Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, cut the leek into slices and cut the bell pepper into 1 x 1 cm pieces.
  3. Fry the turkey fillet in a pan with butter. When done, remove from the pan and place on a plate.
  4. Put a little butter in the same pan and fry all the vegetables in it. First the carrots, then the leeks and peas and finally the peppers.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and season with soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger and paprika powder and fry everything together.
  6. Cut the turkey fillet into wide slices, place in the pan and heat everything again.
