Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. It is advisable to break through the dry pasta if necessary so that it is no longer that long.
Cut the chicken into strips and marinate briefly with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sambal oelek.
Meanwhile, cut the spring onions into rings and the carrot into fine sticks.
Now briefly brown the meat in 3 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Add the spring onions, the carrot sticks and the drained bamboo shoots. After about 3 - 5 minutes add the pasta and fry everything together for another 5 minutes, turning regularly.
Season well with sambal oelek and soy sauce (approx. 1 teaspoon sambal oelek and 1 - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce) and season with curry powder and paprika powder.
