Instructions

  1. Wash the fish fillets under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Prepare the marinade: Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, salt and garlic. Simply brush the fish fillets with a brush and leave it to stand for at least 1 hour.
  3. Then quickly add to the pan and fry until golden in hot olive oil.
  4. Add fresh lemon slices to the fish and serve.
  5. All you need is a salad. Light and tasty.
