Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly dice the garlic. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic in it. Add the roast peppers and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Let simmer briefly and then remove from the pan.
  2. Arrange on a plate, place the quartered tomatoes on top and sprinkle with oregano.
