- Bring the meat stock to a boil.
- Mix milk with flour, stir in egg and salt. If the dough is too thin, add a little more flour.
- Bake 2-3 thin pancakes from the batter in a pan. Let the pancakes cool, roll up and cut into strips.
- Divide the strips in deep plates, pour the meat stock over them and serve the soup sprinkled with chives.
- Good use of leftovers for leftover pancakes.
