Heat the oil in a pan and fry the paprika in it. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sea salt on top and pour in white wine. Continue frying until the wine has boiled down and the peppers cooked through but are still firm to the bite.
Dice the sheep`s cheese and fry with the paprika for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle everything with herbs, pepper and serve lukewarm with white bread.
Tip: If you like, you can also squeeze in garlic, mix in chilli flakes or parsley.
