Instructions

  1. Clean the fresh porcini mushrooms and cut into 2 - 3 cm thick slices. Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms over medium heat. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper and rub the fresh parmesan over them on the plate.
  2. Fresh, warm white bread tastes best with it.
