Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes well and cook them with the skin in salted water until cooked. Briefly boil the beans in salted water as well. Sear the bacon in the pan, remove.
  2. Peel and dice the onion, sauté together with the beans in 2 tablespoons butter, remove.
  3. Cut the peeled potatoes into thick slices and fry them in 2 tablespoons of sunflower or rapeseed oil, place in a bowl and add the beans, onions and bacon.
  4. Mix with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Can be served warm or cold.
