Instructions

  1. Boil jacket potatoes the evening before. Cut the potatoes into slices. Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the fried potatoes. Add the onion cubes and season the fried potatoes with salt and pepper. Fold in the bacon. Put everything in a baking dish.
  2. Fry the turkey breast cubes in the oil and pour over the fried potatoes.
  3. Braise the chanterelles in butter. Season the chanterelles with pepper, salt and fresh thyme.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Pour the chanterelles over the meat. Season the sour cream with a little salt and pepper. If you want a lot of sauce, you should use more sour cream. Stir the parmesan into the sour cream and pour over the fried potato casserole. Sprinkle the gouda over the casserole. Baked in the preheated oven at 180 degrees on the middle rack.
