Wash and dry the potatoes and cut into slices without peeling.
Heat the oil and butter in the pan and fry the potato slices in it for about 20 minutes until golden. Always turn! Dust with the spices, add the garlic and diced tomatoes, mix well.
Squeeze the juice from the lime and tear the zest off the peel. Spread the lime zest on the mozzarella. Fold the cheese loosely under the potatoes, continue frying for approx. 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and drizzle the lime juice over everything.
