Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Let the olive oil get hot in a pan. Put in the potatoes and put the lid on the pan. Turn occasionally until the potatoes are cooked through and crispy.
Cut the feta cheese into small cubes. Now season the potatoes vigorously with salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Finally pour the feta cheese over it and let it fry again briefly. A fresh salad goes well with it.
