Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into slices and fry until golden in a large pan over medium heat. Then add the onion wedges and fry. Add the sliced Cabanossi and the beans and season with pepper, salt and savory. Let everything get well hot in about 10 minutes on a low heat and turn every now and then.
  2. Serve rustic in the pan.
