Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes. Peel the onions and cut into rings, dice the bacon. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Coarsely grate the cheese.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and allow the bacon to turn translucent. Add onion rings and leek and fry everything for 10 minutes over low heat. Season and take out. Now put the butter in the pan, heat it and fry the small potatoes for about 10 minutes until they are browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the vegetables to the potatoes again, sprinkle the cheese over them and mix everything until the cheese melts.
  4. Sprinkle the fried potatoes with chives and serve immediately.
