Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Clean and wash the spring onions and finely dice the white part, cut the green part into rings. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds, wash, clean and dice very finely.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large non-stick pan. Fry the white onion cubes in it and add the pepper pieces, fry for 2 minutes, then take the vegetables out of the pan and keep them warm.
  3. Heat another tablespoon of oil and fry the potatoes in it over high heat for 2-3 minutes, then fry all over crispy over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Season the potatoes with salt, pepper and paprika powder, add the onion and paprika mixture again and toss everything briefly. Serve sprinkled with the green onion rings.
