Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and cook until al dente.
Dice the onion and fry in a little oil for 1 minute. Cut the sucuk into slices and add to the onions and fry for 2 more minutes. Now add the potatoes and the chopped garlic clove, season and fry until crispy. Mix the eggs with the milk and pour over the fried potatoes. Stir every now and then and after 4-5 minutes serve with a delicious flatbread.
