Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes the day before (jacket potatoes).
  2. Peel the potatoes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, cut the peeled potatoes into slices and place on the paper. Sprinkle with spices.
  3. Bake in the oven, hot air to 200 degrees, for approx. 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Have a look in between, every oven is different!
