Instructions

  1. Cut the quail completely open on the back, press flat, season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and fry well on both sides in olive oil. Rub with garlic and place in the 180 degree oven for about 15 minutes to finish cooking.
  2. White bread and salad with vinaigrette go well with this.
