Peel the fish. Cut the abdomen. Thoroughly clean the insides. Cut off the head and tail. Rinse the fish well.
Cut the prepared fish into portions. Season with salt and stir. Leave for salting for 30-60 minutes in a cool place.
Preheat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Breaded pieces of fish in flour and put in hot oil. Fry over medium heat on all sides until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes on each side).
