Peel and finely dice the onions. Roughly dice the meat sausage.
Peel the potatoes and cook them in a saucepan with some lightly salted water. Thaw the spinach in a saucepan over low to medium heat and simmer for a few minutes. Heat some butter in another saucepan and steam the onion cubes in it until they are translucent. Then add the meat sausage cubes and fry until they have taken on a little color. Season with salt and pepper. Also season the spinach with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg.
Heat some butter in a pan and fry the eggs in it as fried eggs.
Arrange the fried sausage cubes together with the potatoes, the spinach and two fried eggs each on plates.
