Wash the rocket, serve with balsamic vinegar and olive oil and distribute on the plates. With a coarse cheese grater, grate the parmesan freshly over the top.
Cut the sheep`s cheese into cubes and wrap with bacon, possibly use a toothpick to secure it. Fry in hot oil and turn until the bacon is roasted all over.
Garnish the rocket salad with the sheep`s cheese cubes - done!
