Instructions

  1. Cook the spagetti al dente in salted water.
  2. In the meantime, dice the sausage, ham and onion. Fry the ham and sausage cubes in melted butter, mix in the onion cubes.
  3. Drain the spagetti, place in a pan and season generously with marjoram. Add the fried ingredients (ham, meat sausage and onions) and fry everything together. Turn it over frequently. Then break open the eggs and fold in, then fry again briefly. Put everything in a bowl and serve.
  4. Season individually on the plate with tomato ketchup. I recommend a semi-dry red wine with it.
